Shreyas “JR” Patel is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pii Capital, which he founded in 2020 to formalize three decades of commercial real estate investment built by his family from the ground up. Five Properties, established in 2012, was the first step in that formalization — bringing structure, discipline, and a long-term investment framework to a portfolio that had been quietly growing for thirty years.
JR entered commercial real estate in 2009, stepping into an active portfolio of assets that spanned multiple property types and markets.
